– Embroidery Designs:

Embroidery Design are digital data that could be reproduced, for this reason all Embroidery Designs sales are final. We will not refund or exchange any of our embroidery designs unless we can confirm that it is a duplicate purchase. All design purchases are automatically sent to the buyer by email right after purchase and remains available under their accounts as well.

If you ordered a CD with your designs, we will gladly exchange a damaged CD with the same files as the original purchase.

– Notions and Materials:

For Notions and Materials we ship via UPS & USPS, either domestically or internationally. In addition to shipping time, please allow 1 business days for us to process your order. For domestic orders shipped via USPS or UPS delivery time take 2 to 3 days. For international orders, the shipping time may vary.

We will notify you via email after your order has been shipped and you will be able to track it with a tracking number

We try our best to design and manufacture quality products, but if for some reason you received a faulty item or order the wrong product, follow these steps for a successful exchange or refund.

1. Email us at sales@smartneedle.com with your request, after approval.
2. Repack the product in its original packaging, if possible and include the Order Number.
3. For your security, please return your item with an insured courier (e.g., FedEx, UPS, USPS Parcel Post) and retain your receipt. Smartneedle.com is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.

4. After receiving the item, your purchase will be exchanged or refunded.
